Payment terms (e.g., T/T, L/C) will be specified in the Proforma Invoice. Typical terms are a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance paid before shipment.

The customer is responsible for all bank transfer fees.

Unless otherwise agreed, all shipping terms are interpreted under the latest Incoterms rules.

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery at the designated destination.

If you receive products with a confirmed manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 business days of receipt, providing clear photographic or video evidence. Upon our confirmation of the defect, we will, at our option, either (1) replace the defective products, or (2) issue a refund for the defective items.
